We are a working 700-acre farm and historic estate resting on the shoulders of the Blue Ridge Mountains in Paris, Virginia, USA. Our pasture rises steeply from the estate, climbing deep into the mature, biodiverse forest and easterly fog-capped peaks. We are bordered to the North by the Appalachian Trail and to the West by protected State Park lands.
We have chosen to raise solely heritage breeds of cattle and hogs to produce the finest Wagyu Beef and Mangalitsa Pork. We have opted to maintain an extremely limited herd in order to produce the highest quality of meat possible - through intensive hands-on attention and feed programs designed by the world's leading animal nutrition specialists.
